Woodhaven Foundation

Helping Families Access Extended Recovery Support

The Woodhaven Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization created to help reduce the financial barriers families may face when seeking extended recovery support for their sons.

Through scholarship support, the Foundation helps make residential aftercare more accessible for families navigating the financial impact of addiction treatment and recovery.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support young people and families by helping them access the care, structure, and continued support needed for healing, growth, and long-term recovery.

We believe that financial circumstances should not be the only factor determining whether a young person can receive the extended support they need.

Scholarship Support

Families may apply for scholarship assistance to help offset a portion of the cost of residential aftercare.

Scholarship decisions are based on financial need, available Foundation resources, and other relevant factors.

While scholarship support may not cover the full cost of care, it can help make continued recovery support more accessible for families in need.

Support the Woodhaven Foundation

The Woodhaven Foundation depends on the generosity of donors who believe in helping young people and families during one of the most important times in their lives.

Your contribution helps expand scholarship opportunities and supports families seeking continued care, structure, and hope.

  • "In my early sobriety, there were many things my family and I needed to work through and they helped me through each hurdle, helping me reach a point in my life where I can confidently say that I am now closer to my family than I have ever been and they are my biggest supporters. When I was in high school, I needed support in almost every class. I utilized tutoring offered by my teacher and other staff, allowing me to graduate high school on time and start college. There are many so-called “adult skills” that I have learned from this environment including little things like changing a tire to big things like talking through disagreements within a group and how to work in a team to help everyone get along better. This environment helped me learn skills I never would have learned till much later in life."
